Great Prior
The GPA’s organizational structure consists of Scottish Masters Lodges of St. Andrew, headed by a Deputy Master and a chivalric Interior Order that includes the class of Squire Novices and that of the Beneficient Knights of the Holy City. These are organized into 3 Prefectures, each chaired by a Prefect.
The entire RER system is organized by a Symbolic class and an Inner Order. The Symbolic Masonic Class consists of Rectified Scottish Rite Craft Lodge (with the RER degrees of Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, and Master Mason) and the Lodge of St. Andrew (with the grade of Scottish Master of St. Andrew and Perfect Scottish Master). The Inner Order consists of the chivalric grades of Squire Novice and Knight Beneficient of the Holy City.
The Great Priory of America, having jurisdiction over the grades of the Order, recognizes that the symbolic Grand Lodges are the sole authority for establishing and governing the craft degree lodges of symbolic Freemasonry.
